Payment processing
Stripe card fees (2.9% + 30¢) or bank 0.8% (max $5) are paid by you to Stripe; VowRally adds 0%.
Retainers and payments are direct charges on your own Stripe account. Money never passes through VowRally. Stripe's rates can change — your Stripe dashboard shows what you actually pay.
Trial and billing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with every feature on the plan you pick. You only pay if you choose to keep a plan when the trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel online from Settings in a couple of clicks — no call, no email. Your plan runs until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry and email you. If the subscription is still unpaid after 7 days, your account becomes read-only: you can see and export everything, but not send new links or replies. Update your card and it switches back on.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We keep your data for 30 days after your plan ends so you can export it or come back. After that it is deleted, except e-sign audit records we are required to keep — see our Privacy Policy.
Do you take a cut of my retainers?
No. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account. You pay Stripe's standard fees; VowRally adds 0%.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, up or down at any time from Settings.
