Never double-booked
Booked dates lock in the database itself. A second couple paying for the same day is refunded automatically.
E-signatures with a paper trail
Consent, timestamps and device are recorded, and both of you get the signed PDF with an audit certificate.
Payment plans
Split the balance into scheduled payments. Reminders go out before each one and stop the moment it's paid.
Parents can pay
Send a pay-only link to whoever is covering the bill. They pay without signing anything.

Questions
Does the AI send emails without me?
Not unless you turn on Autopilot. By default (Review First) every reply waits for your approval. With Autopilot on, a reply goes out only when every check passes — exact date, availability confirmed, one package that fits, your price, your approved agreement, a verified recipient — and anything unusual (custom pricing, contract or payment questions) always waits for you.
Is the contract legally binding?
Couples sign with typed e-signatures under the US ESIGN Act and UETA, and every signed agreement comes with an audit certificate (who signed, when, from which device). Our template is a starting point, not legal advice — have a local attorney review the agreement you use.
Who holds the money?
You do. Payments are direct charges on your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. Money lands in your Stripe balance and pays out to your bank on your Stripe schedule. We never hold couple funds and take no cut.
What if I already use HoneyBook or Dubsado?
Keep it for the clients you already have. Point new inquiries at VowRally and move over when your current season wraps up. There is nothing to migrate on day one.
